A history of all reminders printed by Exigen Reminder may be viewed by selecting the "Reminder History" option on the Reminders menu.
The reminder history form gives the date the letter was printed and the number of patients the letter was sent to. Exigen Reminder normally holds a copy of reminder letters for three months after they were printed. The available column indicates if a reminder letter is still held within the system. Any letter that is available may be reprinted by selecting that letter in the list and using the print option.
