Reminders

The reminders list is automatically displayed when Exigen Reminder is started. The reminders form may be redisplayed at anytime using the Reminders button in the left hand menu, the "View Reminders" option on the reminders menu or the short cut keys Ctrl+R

Each item in the reminders list indicates the number of patients that are due to receive the reminder and the date when the reminder was last printed.

Previewing Reminder Letters - Reminder letters may be viewed in MS Word. Use the radio button () to select the reminder letter you wish to preview and then press the "Preview" button or select the "Preview" option on the "File" menu.

Printing Reminder Letters - Select the reminder letter you wish to print using the radio button selection. Use the "Print" button on the menu bar or the "Print" option on the file menu.
