Promotions are only available with Exigen Reminder Plus.
A promotion consists of two parts; a selection criteria that determines the patients who will be sent the promotion and the promotional letter.
When a new promotion is created you can select to either start by writing the promotional letter or by selecting the patients who will receive the letter. The new promotion window provides these two options.
A promotion name must be specified in order to create a new promotion. The name can always be changed at a later stage.
