If you have security enabled (see security on configuration form) then you will need to login before you can access certain functionality of Exigen Reminder. If security is enabled then the "Log In" and "Log Out" options are available on the File menu.
Selecting the Log In option prompts you for the administrator password. A success message is displayed when you have logged in successfully.
When you have finished with the required functionality you can log out using the Log Out option on the File menu.
