Exigen Reminder allows you to send third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and even eighth reminders. This form allows you to send further reminder letters.
Start by selecting a letter in the "Reminder Letters" form - patients who were originally sent this letter will then be considered for further reminder letters. You can send these patients the same letter or use the "Create Letter" option to create a new letter.
If the "Third Reminder" option is selected then only patients who have already received two reminder letters since their last appointment will be selected. If the "Fourth Reminder" option is selected then only patients who have received three reminder letters since their last appointment will be select, etc. up to the eighth reminder.
