How to prevent patients getting reminders

Exigen Reminder can be prevented from sending patient reminders by:

• Setting the reminder letter to be sent to "No Reminder"
• Setting the period to next appointment to "No Appointment"

The reminder letter and the time to next reminder are set on the patient edit form. To view the patient edit form, enter the patient's name into the patient search field and click the search button.
