The "More Details..." option on the reminder list page provides more information on the reminders that are due to printed. It also provides a mechanism for limiting the number of letters to print.
By default the number of reminders to print is set to 20 letters. Once the number of reminders required has been selected they can be printed using the "Print" option on the toolbar or on the "File" menu.
The "Only print first reminder" enables the second reminders to be excluded.
Reminders are printed in last appointment date order.
