How to delete a patient

To delete a patient from Exigen Reminder:

  1. Display the patient's details (via patient search on main window or advanced search).
  2. Select the Advanced tab on the patient's details form.

If the advanced tab is not visible then an administrator password has been set up (see configuration form). You will need to log in to Exigen Reminder using the Log in form on the File menu (see log in form). The patient's details will need to be closed and reopened after you have logged in to see the advanced tab.


  1. Click the Delete button.
  2. Confirm you want to delete the patient when delete prompt is displayed.
