It may be necessary on occasions to reprint a letter, for example if the paper has jammed while printing.
A list of reminder letters that have been printed by Exigen Reminder may be viewed by selecting the "Reminder History" option on the Reminders menu.

The Reminder History form gives the date and number of patients for each reminder printed. Letters are normally retained on the system for 3 months after they have been printed. Any reminder letters that are still held by Exigen Reminder may be reprinted. The "Available" column indicates if a Reminder letter may be reprinted.
To reprint a reminder, select the letter in the list by clicking on it with the mouse. The print and print preview options will become enabled when an available letter is selected. Select the print option to reprint the required letter.
