A patient's information may be printed directly on to one of the GOS forms. Patient details will include the NHS number and NI number if they have been added to Exigen Reminder.
To print a GOS form, select a patient and select the "Reports" tab on patients details form. Select the GOS form required and use the "Print" option on the toolbar or on the "File" menu.
