The "Backup Test" option is located on the "Tools" menu. This option allows creation of a backup that may be sent to Exigen for verification. Rather than include any patient details this creates some dummy data that is included in backup.
Note, restoring a test backup has no affect on current data currently held in Exigen Reminder.
